8. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

We accept returns within 72 hours of delivery if the product is:

• Damaged during shipping
• Defective or faulty from the manufacturer
• Incorrectly delivered (wrong product)
• Incomplete (missing items from the order)

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We offer replacements or full refunds at the customer’s choice, subject to stock availability.

If you choose a refund, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
